Can I get my own custom design?

Each pair is painted to order and can therefore be completely personalized. You can send us any photo and description of your idea to create your own design.

Do you provide the shoes?

Yes, We provide our own branded items and we can supply other brands as well.

What kind of shoes can you paint on?

We paint on most types of leather, imitation leather, suede and fabric shoes.

How can I place a personalized order?

You can order our existing designs from our social media and website, or also create your own custom design by choosing any personalization.

How long does it take to create my order?

After receiving an order, contacted the customer and have agreed on the design, we start painting and it takes up to 3 business days to be complete.

Are the paints waterproof / Can I wash the shoes?

We use high quality waterproof leather paints. Yes you can wash the shoes. Our items are primed before painting and the paint is sealed to fully retain its colors.

Should I use a protective spray on the shoes?

You don’t need to, the color is already fixed and waterproof.

What is the shipping cost?

All our deliveries are free in Kigali. For other locations the cost varies.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to worldwide.

How long does shipping and delivery take?

The delivery time varies between hours and 1 day in Rwanda, and about ?? working days for other countries.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom orders. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable or refundable.
