Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items unless there is a defect or damage in the product. Please ensure you carefully check your design preferences and order details before submitting your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We require that you send a photograph of the damaged item(s) and the packaging to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we confirm the item is defective or damaged, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.


Non-Returnable Products

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is because these products are made to your specific preferences and are unique to you.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the damaged or defective item if applicable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.


Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request and verify the issue, we will process your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect on your account.


Unavailable Products

If the product you ordered is out of stock and unavailable for any reason, we will inform you immediately. You will be given the option to either choose a different product or receive a full refund for your order.
