PURCHASE ArToe PRODUCTS if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or if you have consent from your parent or guardian.

People are different. We believe that art speaks to everyone in a unique and special way. we want to provide each
customer with a product that fully communicates with them in a way that art normally does, while also wearing it and sisplaying it
to everyone else that sees him.
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment For Our Customers.
We develop and use tools and offer resources to our community members that help to make their experiences positive
and inclusive, including when we think they might need help. We also have teams and systems that work to combat abuse
and violations of our Terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior. We use all the information we
have-including your information-to try to keep our platform secure. We also may share information about misuse or
harmful content or law enforcement.
Using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community.
Organizing and analyzing information for our growing community of customers is central to our Service. A big part of
our Service is creating and using art and other technologies that help us personalize,create, and improve our Service on an
incredibly large scale for a broad global community.

To operate our Service, we must try to operate and extend to as far as all around the world, including outside
of our country of residence. The use of this global infrastructure is necessary and essential to provide our Service.
Ensuring That Our Products are Functional, Durable and Efficient
We use high quality materials in our creation process. Our items are primed before painting and the paint is sealed to
fully retain good shape and a natural colors. We want to assure that a product that you acquire from us is not only unique
and beautiful, but also extremely functional, durable and efficient.

We use the information we have to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to make our Service
better and contribute to the satisfaction and well-being of our. We want to innovate and always generate ideas and also
come up with multiple creative ways to satisfy you the customer.
Acceptance of General Conditions

The acceptance of the general conditions of sale is carried out tacitly by the validation of the order by the customer.
By making the payment, the user indicates that he accepts, without reservation, these general conditions.
How We Will Handle Disputes

If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute
you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms ("claim"), and you may resolve your claim in any competent
court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved
exclusively in the Rwandan Court that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of
litigating any such claim, and that the laws of the Rwandan Government will govern these Terms and any claim, without
regard to conflict of law provisions.
Our Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom orders. Customs and personalized items are non-returnable or refundable, mainly
because the customer chooses a design that the others might not necessarily want, or is specific to them only. However, In the
event of anomalies concerning the delivered product, that is to say in the event of a defective item not conforming in kind:
error in the color reference or other, the customer must, as soon as possible, most preferably on the same day of delivery send
their complaints to ArToe by email at the following address:

Unavailable Products
------------------------
If, exceptionally, the item ordered is not available at the moment, the buyer may either proceed with an exchange for an other product
or can also request to be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within three days of payment of the same amount he has paid.
Updating These Terms

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our
Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make

Non-compliant order / Damaged item
